Due to her various top-shelf accolades, Ai is always driven to give back as much as possible. To her, there is no greater channel to do this than via teaching. Her passion and enthusiasm is clear in every single class that she has the pleasure of instructing. With over ten years of teaching experience, she knows exactly how to foster an amazing learning environment for her students, regardless of their skill level.

From Street Jazz to Contemporary, her diverse teaching skill sets are highly demanded on an international level. Her biggest passion in the classroom is her extensive work with teaching Heels classes. She believes that the skill set of being able to dance in heels is essential for female dancers in the industry. These classes teach the fundamentals of balance, understanding your body, the use of weight while moving in heels, and many other rare aspects that will help dancers in a myriad of ways.

Within her exclusive classes, she ensures that students are able not only become proficient ‘movers’ but also to ensure that dancers are holistically aware of everything in their environment.  This awareness is what can separate a good dancer from a great dancer.
